And we do things to try and protect that vision and its not easy to protect it, because they feel these pressures. They also have misconceptions about the creative process sometimes. We do have these people who we give a chance to on the belief they\u2019re right, and can rise to the occasion, and we are wrong sometimes, because we can\u2019t see what goes on in their heads. And our measure, because we can\u2019t see inside people\u2019s heads, is the team. If the team is functioning well, and healthy, it will solve the problem.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Per i non anglofoni:<\/p>\n<p>Io credo che si desidera una visione, quindi si <strong>inizia con una persona che ha una visione per una storia<\/strong>.\u00a0E noi ci muoviamo cercando di proteggere tale visione, anche se \u00a0non \u00e8 facile, perch\u00e9 queste persone <strong> sentono molte pressioni.<\/strong> Essi a volte\u00a0hanno anche\u00a0idee sbagliate circa il processo creativo.\u00a0A queste persone noi diamo la convinzione che stanno facendo bene, che sono all&#8217;altezza della situazione, e sbagliamo a volte, perch\u00e9 non possiamo vedere ci\u00f2 che accade nelle loro teste.\u00a0E la nostra misura, perch\u00e9 non possiamo vedere dentro le teste della gente, <strong>\u00e8 la squadra<\/strong>.\u00a0<strong>Se la squadra sta funzionando \u00a0bene, ed \u00e8 robusta, \u00a0il problema si risolver\u00e0<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Bene, rileggetelo come se parlassimo del Partito democratico: <strong>ricerca di una visione, fiducia nel leader, importanza della squadra.<\/strong> Non siamo forse uguali alla Pixar? <strong>Non bisogna regalare anche noi emozioni e sogni?
